After purchasing a battery, you must pay an additional PLN 30 deposit fee, which is refunded upon return of the old battery. This can be done through Allegro by expanding the purchase details and selecting the "add to payment" tab next to the payment amount (this option is not available in the mobile app), or by depositing directly into our account, which we transfer after purchasing the battery.

After returning the used battery, the deposit fee is refunded. The used battery can be returned to our store in person or sent back by return shipment (return at your own expense). The battery must be repackaged in our packaging and secured in the same way as a new one. The delivering courier will not collect the used battery.
