Imagine warming up the engine from the comfort of your heated home in the winter or cooling the car off before climbing inside on a sweltering hot summer afternoon.The Extended Range Kit includes the extended range key fob, wiring harness, antenna, and receiver module. The key fob will start the vehicle up to a maximum range of 1/4 of a mile. A 2 -way indicator light system lets you know when the vehicle is in range, when the system has been activated, and when the system has been shut off. See Owner’s Manual for further details and important warnings about the keyless ignition feature. Do not leave vehicle unattended with the engine running, particularly in enclosed spaces.Please note: Additional parts required for installation and use. Must have factory installed or accessory add on remote start. Refer to remote start application matrix for more information. Sold separately at additional cost. Additional information: Model Year 2019 : Only one (1) extended range key fob can be programmed to the system at a time. If additional remote start keys are desired (excluding S trims), factory standard range remote start key part number 3G0937048 and emergency key part number 3G0959752T DTB are needed. Each sold separately at additional charge.These keys must be ordered with a valid VIN. Keys are not available for online sale. Please contact your local dealer for additional applications, details and pricing.Model Year 2020 and newer: The system can support up to two(2) extended range key fobs and the two (2) original factory keys. Additional extended range key fob sold separately at additional charge.Not for vehicles with manual transmissions.Proper installation required. Professional installation may be recommended.
