Pursuant to Article 54, Section 1 of the Act of April 24, 2009, on Batteries and Accumulators (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 687) – hereinafter referred to as the "u.b.a.", a retailer of lead-acid car batteries or lead-acid car batteries is obligated to collect a deposit fee of PLN 30 from a non-business buyer and to confirm its collection.

In this case, the buyer is obligated to return the used battery within 14 days of purchase. If the old battery is not returned, we will charge an additional fee of PLN 30.

Business buyers who purchase a new lead-acid battery do not pay a deposit fee and are not obligated to return the used battery.

After purchasing the battery, you must pay an additional PLN 30 deposit fee, which is refunded upon return of the old battery. This can be done through Allegro by expanding the purchase details and selecting the "pay extra" tab next to the payment amount (this option is not available in the mobile app), or by depositing directly into our account, which we will transfer after purchasing the battery.

After returning the used battery, the deposit fee is refunded. The used battery can be returned to our store in person or sent back via return shipment (return at your own expense). The battery must be repackaged in our packaging and secured in the same way as a new one. The delivering courier will not collect the used battery.
